Product description
The dual-port QXG-10G2T-X710 is a 10GbE network expansion card using PCIe Gen 3 interface (Compatible with PCIe Gen 2) with X710 Intel Ethernet Controller and supporting up to five network speeds (10G / 5G / 2.5G / 1 G / 100 M). By using port trunking and combining ports, transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps can be achieved to speed up file sharing and intensive data transfer. With SR-IOV and iSCSI support, the QXG-10G2T-X710 greatly increases network efficiency and is an ideal solution for I/O-intensive and latency-sensitive virtualization applications and data centers.
Build a 10GbE network environment
The QXG-10G2T-X710 works with QNAP's 10 GbE switches, such as the QSW-M2108-2C or QSW-1208-8C, to provide the opportunity to build cost-effective, high-speed network environments.
It supports SR-IOV and iSCSI services to create the best virtualization environment
The QXG-10G2T-X710 supports SR-IOV, which allows virtual machines to directly allocate the speed resources of the physical NIC. This improves the efficiency of virtual applications and reduces CPU load. The QXG-10G2T-X710 also supports iSCSI, which allows computers, servers or virtual machines to use the storage space of QNAP NAS systems as a virtual disk. These virtual disks can be partitioned and formatted exactly like local disks, and can even be used for storage expansion and backup destinations.
Supports Windows and Linux servers/workstations
In addition to QNAP devices, the QXG-10G2T-X710 supports Windows® 10, Windows Server® and Linux® (driver required), enabling optimal business performance across a wider range of system applications and services.
