Made from gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients, they make a suitable choice for a lighter snack between meals. The filling is a blackcurrant jam containing pectin, while the coating is a cocoa-based mass with sugar and soy lecithin. Other ingredients include rice protein powder, coconut flour, tapioca starch, walnuts and cinnamon.
