This decorative piece depicts the famous Prague Astronomical Clock, known as the Orloj, one of the most iconic medieval monuments in Europe. The original mechanism was completed in 1410 and sits on the Old Town Hall tower at Old Town Square. Beyond telling the time, the clock displays astronomical phenomena, zodiac signs and the times of sunrise and sunset.

The model reflects the three main parts of the original: the astronomical dial, the calendar ring and the moving apostle figures that appear on the hour. The intricate structure of the mechanism is a symbol of medieval scientific and artistic achievement.

It makes a fitting gift or display piece for lovers of Czech culture and medieval craftsmanship. The item weighs 300 g and is intended for indoor use.
