Polcz Sólet with Kolbász is a ready-to-eat Hungarian dish made without additives. It combines white beans with beech-smoked sausage and saves the hours of slow cooking that a traditional stew normally requires. Made together with Tóalmási Manufaktúra, the product brings together tradition and convenience.
Once the jar is opened, the aroma of the beech-smoked kolbász is immediately noticeable, and its flavour recalls the cosy atmosphere of home-cooked lunches. The ingredients include white beans, country sausage, red onion, brown rice flour, hulled sorghum and tomato paste.
The product contains no additives and no added sugar, only naturally occurring sugars. It comes in a 340-gram jar and is ready to eat straight from the container.
