Paleolit Celtic sea salt coarse 500g

This coarse Paleolit Celtic sea salt comes from Guérande on the Atlantic coast of Brittany, where salt producers have harvested it by traditional methods for more than 2,000 years. The crystals contain minerals and trace elements such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc, which give the salt its characteristic greyish colour and distinctive flavour.

This Celtic salt is unrefined and free from additives and preservatives. According to the manufacturer it contains more than 80 essential trace elements, which are largely retained unlike in standard table salt.

The coarse grain suits cooking, baking and seasoning meat and vegetables, and it also works well as a finishing salt on dishes. It can be added to bathwater or mixed with coconut oil to make a body scrub. Net weight 500 g. Natural variations in colour, grain size and chemical composition are normal.
