A bag of flour is a larger, 18-20 slices, approx. It is enough to make 560 grams of bread. It can be stored well for days, or you can freeze it individually and whole in an airtight container (aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.).
Preparation instructions:
Ingredients:
1 bag of flour mix
20 g of olive oil
330 g lukewarm water (approx. 40 degrees)
3 g/1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. Mix 330g of lukewarm water and 3g of apple cider vinegar. Add the vinegar water and 20g of olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape with wet hands and place in a metal mold (20*11cm) lined with baking paper. Cut the top. Rest for 15 minutes. Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, fanning. Then bake at a moderate temperature of 180 degrees, using the top-bottom function, for another 20 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and cool completely until slicing.
