Pál Kata Dorottya - Sas Eszter Krisztina - Mentális first aid diary

The last few years have been full of huge "storms" that have tested the mental resilience and fortitude of all of us on a global level. Extraordinary events have significantly increased the basic tension in us, so even everyday burdens are more difficult to bear, and if we are faced with some new, unexpected difficulty, we can easily feel that we cannot take it anymore.
Psychologists at Mind Art have therefore put together a mental first aid kit that, taken off the shelf, offers immediately tangible and usable tools to calm emotional storms. They can be used effectively even without any prior preparation, if we feel very tense or highly anxious.
But in order not only to extend and fold our ship during a storm, but also to reach a stable state in the long term that can withstand tossing and turning, it is important to develop our own self-stabilization repertoire. The book will help us in this as well, as it presents many different techniques for treating acne, with which we can experiment to our heart's content until we find out what works best for us. In this way, we can develop everyday habits that contribute to being able to effectively deal with stress and more easily overcome the obstacles that life throws at us.
