From the outside, the house on Lakeview Terrace looks perfect, just as the Bigelow family looks perfect: a father with a good name, respected by all, a charming and devoted mother, two beautiful children. A perfect family living a perfect life in a perfect house.

But beneath the flawless surface, dark things lurk, and a very different life takes place behind closed doors. An abusive father and a dysfunctional mother terrorize teenagers Zane and Britt.
