True Surround Convection
This technology ensures fast, crispy and even baking results. The high-speed fan, rear heat source and circular airflow work together to circulate super-hot air throughout the oven, eliminating the need to rotate baking sheets or turn food. Top and bottom infrared heating elements provide a temperature range of 40°C - 230°C, while a third rear heat source behind the high-speed fan creates super-hot convection air. The uniquely designed top-down circulation system circulates hot air throughout the oven for even baking on two levels.
