The NETGEAR AV Line M4250-26G4F-PoE+ is a professional managed Gigabit Ethernet switch designed specifically for AV over IP applications. It provides 24 PoE+ RJ-45 ports, two additional Gigabit Ethernet ports and four 10GbE SFP expansion slots, giving 26 network ports in total. The maximum PoE power budget is 300 W, while total power consumption is 401 W.

Operating at Layer 3, the switch supports leading audiovisual profiles including Dante, Q-SYS, AES67, AVB, NDI, AMX and NVX. IGMP Plus technology automates configuration when several switches are linked together. The 1U chassis fits a standard rack and can also be set up on a desktop.

For network security, the switch offers access control lists (ACL), DHCP Snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection. Support for the IEEE 802.3at and 802.3bt PoE standards lets you power connected devices directly over the network cable.
