Lavender essential oil with a calming effect and a characteristic scent helps in relaxation and regeneration. We can use it to relieve headaches and migraines by rubbing it into our temples, but it is also excellent for treating mosquito and other insect bites externally. Dropped onto a scented bag or pillow, it repels moths effectively and cleans the airways when inhaled. Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving, as well as an excellent muscle relaxant.
