The product is free from gluten, sugar, milk, egg, lactose, soy and preservatives, making it a convenient choice for a healthy snack at any time of day. Further ingredients include pea protein, brown rice protein, ground cinnamon and ground green cardamom, with a small amount of cocoa (2.5%).
