    This organic honey gingerbread horseshoe made with spelt is crumbly and smells pleasantly of spices. It is made from spelt flour from certified organic farming, blossom honey and carefully selected spices, including clove and cinnamon. The sweet is kneaded and shaped using a traditional craft method and decorated with motifs from folk art. Since each piece is decorated by hand, no two are exactly alike.
