Naturgold Organic Alakor Spelt Fodros Nagykocka is a wholegrain pasta made from alakor spelt, cut into large, ruffled pieces with small cube-shaped ends. The 250 g pack is suited to serving as a side dish or adding to soups and stews.

The pasta is made from fully milled grain, so the whole kernel, with all its components, is retained. Alakor spelt is a traditional grain variety with a nutty flavour and a firm bite, which works well in dishes with sauce or broth.
