Nature Cookta Cocoa Butter for culinary use is a fully natural fat pressed from cacao beans during chocolate production. It has a subtle cocoa aroma that gives dishes a distinctive flavour. The whitish-yellow fat melts at 32 to 35 °C and stays solid at room temperature.

Cocoa butter contains antioxidants, copper, magnesium and vitamins E and K, along with natural fatty acids such as oleic, stearic, linoleic and palmitic acid, as well as polyphenols and carotenoids. Unlike many other fats, only a small amount is needed, and it can be used safely at higher temperatures.

It is well suited to frying, cooking and baking, as well as for preparing desserts. The product is dairy-free, so it can be included in diets that avoid milk products. The package contains 100 g.
