NATURA OAT FLOUR Flour is produced by grinding and fractionating the finished oatmeal, so the flour contains all the biologically important components in the oatmeal. It is excellent for thickening sauces and vegetables, making stuffed products, and breading.

Oats are not gluten-free on their own, so the baked goods must be supplemented with other gluten-containing flours, or added for wheat flour.
The aqueous mixture of oatmeal on its own is strongly sticky, slimy and slippery. However, this property is advantageously used in the stomach, as the mucus-forming effect protects the stomach wall.
