    Natur Tanya Psyllium husk, 100 g, is a natural, water-soluble fibre that swells strongly on contact with liquid, absorbing up to 40 times its own weight in water. It is used as part of a balanced diet to support digestion and a healthy gut flora. The product is vegan and paleo-friendly, GMO-free and free from additives.

    When hydrated, psyllium forms a viscous gel that can help promote regular bowel movement and contributes to a feeling of fullness. The low glycaemic index fibre fits easily into a diet plan and is sold without added sugar.

    Its swelling ability also makes it useful in the kitchen, for baking bread and cakes or for thickening sauces and dishes. The pack contains psyllium husk (Plantago ovata).
