It happens that in the middle of one's life one finally calms down and lives like Marci Hevesen. The little Hungarian odyssey seemed to be coming to an end in the adventurous life of Antal Nagy. By the age of 34, he had created a solid existence, started a family and, together with his wife, took care of raising their two young sons. The deus ex machina occurred at the end of 1968, when the "headhunters" of the Ministry of the Interior approached him in the dean's office of the Faculty of Arts of ELTE with the offer that they would be happy to employ him as a Russian-language translator in the ministry's international relations and protocol department. As a police lieutenant, this is how he became a BM employee at the NKO under the direct control of the Minister of the Interior.
