MPM MRK-21 Food processor 1600W 5L Black

The MPM MRK-21 is a black kitchen machine with a maximum output of 1600 W. It is suited to kneading yeast dough, pasta dough and faworki dough, as well as whipping light mixtures such as cream, egg whites, whole eggs, sponge cakes and butter or pudding creams. Its mixer attachment also handles multi-ingredient mixtures like cake batter, minced meat and fish, pâtés, grated cheese for cheesecake and mashed potatoes.

The machine comes with a stainless steel bowl holding 5.0 litres and a plastic bowl holding 4.0 litres. Six speed settings and a pulse function give you control over each step. The planetary movement of the tools mixes ingredients thoroughly and incorporates air into them.

Bowl lids let you add ingredients while the machine is running and reduce splashing of liquids. An interlock prevents the unit from starting if it is not assembled correctly.
