These crispy cheese snacks combine dried English cheeses, with White Cheddar and Red Leicester in equal parts. Made from pasteurised cow's milk with table salt, starter culture and rennet, the Red Leicester also contains the natural colouring annatto. The 70-gram pack makes a convenient snack at home, on the go, or served alongside wine.
The cheese is crunchy and savoury and needs no refrigeration. An unopened pack can be stored for several months. Once opened, it is best eaten within seven days, after which it may lose some of its crispness.
