MIXIT Chicory syrup 700 ml

MIXIT Chicory Syrup is a naturally sweet alternative to conventional sugar syrups, well suited to sweetening yogurt, porridge and desserts. It is made from just two ingredients: 99.6% chicory root extract and a pinch of caramelised sugar, which gives it an attractive golden colour.

Thanks to its high chicory content, the syrup has a naturally low glycaemic index. It is also a valuable source of prebiotic fibre (inulin), which supports digestive health. Compared with ordinary sugar, it contains around 60% fewer calories.

Its mild, lightly caramel flavour works well with pancakes, granola, tea, coffee and baking alike. With its clean, natural composition and a prebiotic fibre content of 69%, it is a mindful sweetening option for everyday use.
