Minka Kent - A leskelődő

A picture is worth a thousand lying words.
When Autumn Carpenter stumbles upon a family's profile online, her world turns upside down. One of the children in the pictures is his own, adopted daughter.

He follows the host family more and more obsessively: beautiful people, a nice house, an enviable life. When her profile is suddenly deleted, Autumn signs up as a babysitter to stay close to her daughter.

Then he realizes that nothing is what it seems. And that sometimes the most beautiful people have the most guilty secrets.

American writer Minka Kent's debut psychological thriller was one of last year's big book market successes, which is now ready to enchant Hungarian readers with its unexpected twists and surprising ending. Universal Studios bought the film rights almost immediately.
