    The Micron 7600 MAX is a high-performance internal 2.5-inch SSD with 1.6 TB of capacity, designed for mixed-use workloads in data centres and enterprise environments. Connected via a U.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe interface, it delivers rated speeds of up to 12,000 MB/s for reads and 3,300 MB/s for writes, with 1,800,000 random read IOPS and 260,000 random write IOPS.

    The drive uses TLC (triple-level cell) NAND flash and supports 3 drive writes per day (DWPD), with a total endurance of 8,700 TB written. A rated MTBF of 2,500,000 hours points to strong reliability for continuous operation.

    Security features include FIPS 140-3 Level 2 certification, TCG Opal encryption, a hardware root of trust and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring. The drive operates between 0 and 70 °C, draws 14 W and weighs 260 g.
