It can also reduce the symptoms of gastritis, and can also have a positive effect on blood sugar levels if consumed long-term. Applied externally as a wash, it can reduce eczema complaints, and can be used as a sitz bath for hemorrhoids.

    Preparation suggestion: Boil a flat tablespoon (approx. 3 g) of the chopped drug with 2 dl of water for 5 minutes, then apply the decoction lukewarm 2-3 times a day after filtering. Daily dose: 6-9 g
