    Lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia)

    Description: "The tea has a mild sedative, antispasmodic and anti-bloating effect. When placed externally in the bath, it is fragrant, and when it cools down, it can be used for vaporization to ease breathing. When dried and placed in a pillow, it is a mild sedative, improves mood, and makes it easier to fall asleep."

    Preparation suggestion: Pour a tablespoon of chopped drug (approx. 1.5 g) with 150 ml of boiling water, soak for 3-5 minutes, then filter. It can be consumed daily with 2-3 cups. Daily dose: 3-5 g

    Storage: in a dry, cool place.
