    Plantain leaf (Plantago lanceolata)

    DESCRIPTION: "Used internally, its tea is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antitussive in case of upper respiratory tract catarrh. Externally, it can be used for the treatment of minor superficial wounds, insect bites, and for making a bath in case of hemorrhoids.

    Preparation suggestion: Pour a tablespoon of chopped drug (approx. 2 g) with 150 ml of boiling water, soak for 5-8 minutes, then filter. It can be consumed daily with 2-3 cups. Daily dose: 4-6 g

    Storage: in a dry, cool place.
