This 1.5-metre MC4 solar extension cable has a 6 mm² conductor cross-section and is designed specifically for photovoltaic systems. It lets you connect solar modules in parallel quickly and safely. One end carries an MC4 plug connector and the other an MC4 socket, so it fits standard solar installations straightforwardly.
The cable is rated for a maximum nominal current of 54 A at the conductor and a maximum permitted voltage of 1000 V. Its black jacket makes it suitable for outdoor use. Weighing 150 g, it is light and easy to route between panels.
