Max Gross - Az elfelejtett stetl

Can the world forget about a small town? The tiny Polish stetl, Kreskol, has been living in blissful oblivion for decades, untouched and unchanged by the achievements of civilization. Its residents spend their days in undisturbed peace, knowing nothing of the horrors of the Holocaust or the Cold War. There are no cars, no electricity, no internet or running water. But a scandal that breaks out in a newly married couple begins to swell, grows beyond the borders of the small town, and as a result, the people of Kresko are suddenly faced with the existence of the 21st century. And the outside world is doing everything it can to embrace the forgotten city - whether its inhabitants want it or not.
