Marie Lu - The Rose Society – A Rózsa Társasága (Válogatott ifjak 2.)

Where he was, where he wasn't, there was once a girl. He had a father, a prince, a group of friends. Those who then betrayed him and he destroyed them.

Her family and friends also broke Adelina Amouteru's heart, and it was filled with a desire for revenge. He is known and feared as the White Wolf since he fled Kenettra with his sister to join forces with other young chosen ones to raise his own army and defeat the Inquisition, the white-cloaked soldiers who nearly killed him.

Adelina is not a pure-hearted hero. His power, fueled by fear and hatred, begins to slip out of his control. He does not trust the chosen ones he has just met. Teren Santoro, head of the Inquisition, wants him dead. He wants to stand in the way of his former friends Raffaele and the Society of Daggers. Adelina desperately clings to the remnants of goodness in her. But how could it be good for someone whose existence, his whole life, depends on the deepest darkness?
