The eyepiece is an element that affects the magnification of the microscope's optical system. The 16x magnification E16 eyepiece model is most effective when used with 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x objectives. It can be fitted into a standard 23.2 mm eyepiece tube.

There is no diopter adjustment on the eyepiece. If this is necessary, use the diopter adjustment ring of the microscope (if it has one).
