The 60х/0.80 objective resolution limit is 0.35 μm. Chromatic aberration is blue and red, spherical aberration for green, and the curvature of the field of view is 90%of the diameter of the field of vision.

The lens is designed for an infinitely adjusted tube length. The parcocal distance is 60 mm. When using 10x/22 mm lens, the field of vision is 0.36 mm diameter. The lens is designed to use samples with a 0.17 mm cover plate.

When using a 60x lens, the lower limit of the microscope is 400x. At a smaller magnification, the details cannot be removed from the pattern in the image made by the lens. The upper limit of the useful magnification is 800x when using 60х lens. The greater magnification is "not useful" because it does not bring new details in the pattern of the pattern. Use the 60x/0.80 lens to enlarge 7x to 15x.

For flat-acromatic lenses, the focus is the same as the center of the image, so the distortion is negligible. This strength is used for digital imaging and pairing with 22 mm high-angle lenses.

Suitable for studying the structural details of the lens samples larger than 0.5 µm in a 0.36 mm field of view, e.g. for sperm analysis and intracellular research.
