MAGUS 100PL60 W 100х/1.10 ∞/0.17 H 60 mm objective

For the water imperial lens, the dive liquid is distilled water. Distilled water has no own fluorescence and does not contaminate physiological solutions. The water-steering lens does not require a special cleaning procedure and does not include additional costs by purchasing immersion oil and O-Xylol. The oil mold lens only gives an excellent resolution and high contrast image if the sample is in direct contact with the cover plate. When studying cell structures and processes from the top of the cover, the oil often causes strong optical distortion. Replacing the oil with water solves the problem, which proves that the water -steaming lens is an excellent choice for the examination of living cells with a microscope.

The resolution limit of 100х/1.10 is 0.26 μm. Chromatic aberration is blue and red, spherical aberration for green, and the curvature of the field of view is 90%of the diameter of the field of vision.

The lens is designed for an infinitely adjusted tube length. The parcocal distance is 60 mm. When using 10x/22 mm lens, the field of vision is 0.22 mm diameter. The lens is designed to use samples with a 0.17 mm cover plate.

The lower limit of the microscope is 550x when using a 100 object. At a smaller magnification, the details cannot be removed from the pattern in the image made by the lens. The upper limit of the useful magnification is 1100x when using a 100 object. The greater magnification is "not useful" because it does not bring new details in the pattern of the pattern. With the 100x/1.10 lens, use 5x to 10x eye lenses.

For flat-acromatic lenses, the focus is the same as the center of the image, so the distortion is negligible. This strength is used for digital imaging and pairing with 22 mm high-angle lenses.
