    Product description

    Lucullus Borkén is potassium metabisulphite (E224) in a 20-gram pack, used as a preservative and antioxidant in home winemaking and fruit juice production. The additive inhibits the growth of unwanted microorganisms, moulds and bacteria, protecting fermenting or finished drinks from spoilage.

    It also prevents oxidation, helping to preserve the colour and flavour of the drink. It is further useful for sanitising fermentation vessels, barrels and other winemaking equipment.

    The 20-gram pack is well suited to smaller batches of homemade drinks. Always follow the recommended dosage instructions when using the product.
