Lucullus rub spice mix honey-chili 40g 101795

Lucullus Honey-Chili Rub is a 40 g spice blend for grilling, roasting and marinating. It suits both meat and vegetables, adding a bold flavour that balances sweet honey with a hint of chilli heat.

The blend is made with salt, dried garlic and onion, dextrose, chilli pepper, paprika, black pepper, oregano, honey powder, cornstarch, yeast extract, citric acid and paprika oil. According to the label, it contains 6.7% honey powder and 4.1% chilli pepper.

Using it is simple. Rub the seasoning evenly onto meat or other ingredients and let it rest so the flavour can penetrate. It works well in the oven, on the grill and in a frying pan.
