A blend of dried onion, garlic and chives, mustard seed, cayenne pepper and black pepper gives homemade burgers a robust, spicy character that complements the natural taste of the beef patty.
Brown cane sugar and red wine powder add depth and a subtle sweetness to the mix, while vinegar powder and sea salt round out the flavour. The blend also contains the flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate. Simply season the minced meat before shaping and cooking.
