The mix brings together multicoloured, black, green, pink and white peppercorns, complemented by chilli pepper and mustard seed. Its smoky, spiced flavour pairs well with barbecued meat, BBQ sauces and marinades.
The ingredients include sea salt, spices, vinegar powder made from maltodextrin and vinegar, brown cane sugar, smoke flavouring and paprika oil, offered in both mild and hot versions. The product is not certified organic.
