This compact 20 W USB-C charger uses GaN (gallium nitride) technology, which delivers high charging power in a small housing. Compared with conventional silicon-based chargers, GaN operates at higher voltage and dissipates heat more efficiently. The adapter supports Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 and Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 and provides up to 20 W through its USB-C port, including 9 V/2.22 A and 12 V/1.67 A profiles as well as PPS operation.
