The LINOGY universal charging station for AA and AAA batteries holds up to 40 cells in an organised layout and charges eight of them at once. It supports lithium-ion, nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) and nickel-cadmium (NiCd) batteries. Simply place depleted cells in the upper compartment and the system detects and charges each one separately, monitoring its condition as it goes. When charging is complete, the batteries move automatically to the lower storage compartment, so you always have a ready-to-use supply.

According to the manufacturer, charging eight AA or AAA cells takes about three hours, which is up to twice as fast as conventional chargers. The automatic battery type recognition blocks attempts to charge single-use batteries, helping protect both the cells and your devices. Each cell charges individually, which is intended to extend the life and consistent performance of the whole set.

An integrated E-Ink display shows the number of charged batteries and the estimated CO₂e reduction. The charger housing is made from RC-65 polycarbonate containing 65% recycled material, and the packaging is made from fully recycled paper without plastic or adhesive tape.
