The Lindy Fiber Optic HDMI® 4K60 Dongle Extender is an efficient, reliable solution for extending UHD HDMI® transmission over incredible distances of up to 300m using a single simplex LC OM3 or OM4 multimode (50/125 µm) fiber optic cable.

The extender is capable of transmitting 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8-bit signals up to 300 meters over OM3 or OM4 cable with intelligent compression methods that decompress the video at the receiver, enabling the distribution of visually lossless UltraHD content. Thanks to support for HDR (High Dynamic Range), HLG and Dolby Vision, content provides enhanced contrast and a much wider color gamut, perfect for a true home theater experience or eye-catching digital signage in retail environments. HDCP 2.2 compatibility enables trouble-free enjoyment of protected 4K content, including Blu-Ray movies, TV shows and streaming services.

Support for lossless audio formats, including Dolby Atmos and Dolby TrueHD, adds powerful multi-channel sound to video content, providing an enhanced experience and sense of reality to the viewer.

Cost-effective LC multimode fiber optic cabling enables the transmission of high-bandwidth audio and video signals over incredible distances, much greater than traditional copper-based extension systems.
