The Liene Amber M100 is a compact portable photo printer that produces 4x6-inch prints at 300 x 300 DPI. It uses dye-sublimation technology to transfer colour onto the paper, so no liquid ink is needed, which means no drying cartridges and little internal cleaning. Each print is finished with a protective coating that guards against splashes, dust and fingerprints.

You can connect the printer over Wi-Fi to print directly from a smartphone, or use USB for a wired connection. It supports iOS and Android devices as well as PCs and Macs, and up to five users can connect at the same time. The built-in USB-C port and magnetic paper tray keep setup and storage simple.

The free Liene Photo app lets you add filters, frames and effects before printing, and includes an ID photo mode. The box contains the printer, one cartridge, 20 sheets of 4x6-inch photo paper, a power adapter and a user guide. At 1.2 kg it is light enough to take on trips.
