The Levenhuk M20 Large Planisphere is a rotating star map. It displays the real position of the stars in the sky on a given day and time in a simple and fun way. As we know, the night sky is constantly changing due to the rotation of the Earth around the Sun and around its own axis. Precisely for this reason, the planisphere showing the sky is irreplaceable if you want to find the specific celestial bodies simply and quickly. Stars brighter than three magnitudes can be found on the star map.

The Levenhuk M20 large planisphere is very easy to use. Simply set the date on the star chart and the time on the dial, and you can see the night sky through the oval window on the dial.

The planisphere is made for latitudes 45°-63°N, (Seattle approx. 47°N, Anchorage approx. 61°N) - therefore it only shows the constellations that can be observed from these coordinates.
