    The Lanberg DSM1-1008 is a compact desktop switch with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports (1000BASE-T), connecting devices in home and office networks quickly and reliably. Each port delivers up to 1 Gbps, with a total aggregate bandwidth of 10 Gbps. Its metal housing makes the unit sturdy and durable.

    This is an unmanaged Plug & Play switch, so it is ready to use straight out of the box with no configuration required. Automatic MDI/MDI-X detection and MAC address learning make it easy to integrate into existing networks. A 2K MAC address table and an 11 Mbit buffer help keep data traffic efficient.

    Thanks to passive cooling, the switch runs completely silently. Powered by 12 V DC, measuring 138 × 78 × 25 mm and weighing just 0.23 kg, it fits easily on any desk.
