After all, the subject of all my books lurks in my head, and then all of a sudden the time comes to implement it. When I was diagnosed with celiac disease more than 9 years ago - and then my other allergies - I already started experimenting with different alternative flours. I stirred and stirred, it's unbelievable what I was able to make! Then I started making really delicious meals without any ready-made flour mixture, and I noticed that they were a great success when shared on my social media platforms. Some favor ready-made flour mixes, while others prefer ready-made flour mixes. Of course, I tried to satisfy everyone's needs. My first four books mostly contain recipes made with ready-made flour mixture. Experience shows (as well as the views of my recipes and videos) that anyone who falls into this free world puts cakes and baked goods first.
