It's us Falusi Kenyér is a gluten-free flour blend for baking a bread in the style of traditional white loaf. It suits the diet of people with flour intolerance and can be prepared either in a bread maker or in a conventional oven. 500 g of the mix makes a loaf of about 900 g.
The blend is built on gluten-free wheat starch, corn flour, dextrose, gluten-free oat fibre and potato fibre, with coconut milk powder. Guar gum, E464 and xanthan gum provide structure, sodium bicarbonate helps the loaf rise, and ascorbic acid acts as an antioxidant.
The finished bread stays fresh for several days without refrigeration, with a flavour and crumb similar to a classic white loaf. Free from gluten, egg, milk and soy.
