The Inter-Tech KT001B is a practical mounting frame that lets you install M.2 SATA SSDs in a standard 3.5-inch drive bay of a PC case. Made from sturdy plastic, the frame is designed to hold the SSD securely in place.
The product supports the 2242, 2260 and 2280 M.2 sizes (Key B), so it works with a wide range of M.2 SATA SSDs on the market. It connects via an external SATA interface, providing simple and reliable data transfer.
The frame is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10, Linux from kernel 2.4 onwards and Mac OS from version 10.4. The package includes a screw set, a screwdriver and a user manual. Measuring 101 x 25 x 130 mm and weighing just 80 g, it fits easily into any standard PC case with a free 3.5-inch bay.
