The Intel Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus is a desktop processor from the Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) series, designed for the LGA1851 socket. The processor has an 18-core structure (6 performance cores + 12 energy-efficient cores), 18 threads, a base frequency of 4.2 GHz and a turbo frequency of up to 5.3 GHz.

The chip is made with 30 MB L2 cache and TSMC N3B manufacturing technology. It supports PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 standards, compatible only with DDR5 memory, in dual-channel mode, with a speed of up to 7200 MT/s. On the motherboard side, Intel 800 series chipsets are supported.

The KF designation means that the processor has an open multiplier (for overclocking), but does not contain an integrated graphics controller, so a dedicated video card is required. The basic TDP value is 125 W (max. 159 W). The package does not include a cooler.
