Designed with heat dissipation in mind, the MB840M5P-B's aluminum tray acts as a built-in heatsink, effectively dissipating heat away from the SSD.

The included thermal pad fills the gaps between the SSD and the metal case, ensuring optimal contact and efficient heat transfer. This design allows the airflow to dissipate heat more efficiently, maintaining the SSD's peak performance.

Frequent SSD replacement carries the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. The MB840M5P-B prevents this with built-in EMI grounding technology.
