At the university, he teaches social security law, health law and labor law. The university provides further training for public service workers in the fields of health policy, pension policy, employment policy, social policy and family policy. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and Law of the Károl Gáspár Reformed University, and subsequently obtained a PhD degree from the Faculty of Political Science and Law of the University of Szeged. In 2006, he did research at the Montesquieu University in Bordeaux, France, with a Marie Curie scholarship. In 2007, he obtained an EMSS-Master A. Diplomat at the Catholic University of Leuven in the European Masters Program in Social Security. In 2009, he passed the Legal Professional Examination and continues his legal practice in the field of labor law and social security law. In 2011, he did research with a postdoctoral scholarship at the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy (Munich, Germany).
