HERTZ MP 165.3 Mille PRO midwoofer 180 W 16.5 cm 4 pcs

The Hertz MP 165.3 Mille PRO is a midbass driver for car audio systems, rated at 180 W maximum music power with a 16.5 cm diameter. The package contains four speakers. It belongs to the Mille PRO series, Hertz's new top-tier range built on innovations carried over from the award-winning Mille Legend line. According to the manufacturer, the design was developed using the Klippel measurement system and FEM-optimised engineering.

The driver uses a Ren neodymium magnet, which is intended to keep the speaker performing reliably at high temperatures while delivering strong output. An aluminium frame helps reduce unwanted resonances and vibrations. The exponential V-Cone profile provides a controlled, wide dispersion, while the Boundary Free Surround design, with its IIR butyl rubber surround, aims to improve efficiency and extend the usable midbass range.

Weighing about 1.07 kg, the speaker is suited to installation in vehicle doors or panels, where it reproduces the lower mids and bass with precision.
