    This Spanish sage oil is steam-distilled from the leaves of Salvia lavandulifolia and supplied as 100% pure essential oil in food-grade quality. Its aroma is fresh and herbaceous, slightly camphoraceous, with soft lavender-like notes.

    Food-grade quality means the oil meets the relevant hygiene and purity requirements and can be used to flavour food and drinks, always in just a few drops and diluted. It is well suited to seasoning meat dishes, sauces, oils and vinegars.

    For aromatherapy it can be used in a diffuser, a scented candle or dropped into bathwater, giving a refreshing, cleansing scent experience. For skin use, apply only after diluting it in a carrier oil.
